FIGHTER TRACKS
The inside structure of Fightertracks rubber tracks
Overlapping joint structure
Ring type mold, there is no joint.
Simple flat mold, track was connected by overlapping of 2 ends of flat track.
Molding and processing
Use Nylon fiber as reinforcement material, have shrinkage in production.
No joint, the pitch distance is more stable.

Material of reinforcement
All rubber tracks products in Fightertracks are using continuous spiral structure rubber track, we never use rubber tracks with overlapping joint structure, following chart shows the differences of the 2 types of rubber track structure.

High, 5-8 times than Overlapping joint structure.
Continuous Spiral Structure
The majority of Rubber Tracks utilize a traditional overlap type structure. When the track is under abnormal stress such as excessive tension, failure often occurs at the ends of the overlap area. We use Spiral steel cord structure, Spiral steel cord technology offers complete uniformity of tensile strength around the circumference of the track. In addition to even tension, an even distribution of traction minimizes the risk of track breakage.
Comparison of rubber tracks with different structure
Use steel wire of Kevlar as reinforcement material, high rigidity.
