After-sales Service Commitment

Fighter tracks adhere to the quality of the core, customer satisfaction as the goal. We hereby make a commitment:

All products (rubber track conversion system, tracked robot chassis, mini tanks, rubber tracks and wheels) from Fighter tracks are guaranteed to keep in good repair for one year.

1. Free parts for replacement and repair when shipped.

2. Provide instructions for initial testing and OQC test report and other files.

3. Within one week of receiving the goods, we will follow up and guide customers until they are satisfied.

If quality problems happen in the guarantee period and are caused by the quality of the product, will send free parts by express with our cost and arrange video instructions for installation and maintenance.
During the warranty period, due to improper use by you or the natural environment, the spare parts used for maintenance are charged at cost only. And arrange video instructions for installation and maintenance.
Beyond the warranty period, our company promises lifelong instructions for use and maintenance.
